Africa Coaching Initiative


Dr. Jim Robey and Attentional Growth Inc have begun to train a new generation of Christian leaders in Africa using a COACHING model. The AFRICA COACHING INITIATIVE has been established to assist this valuable work.
COACHING TOOLS FOR CHURCH and BUSINES LEADERS is two days of coach training on 23-24 February, 2015. It is an introduction to coaching and its use in the church as we are making disciples. Each person will coach and be coached, and will leave the event with coaching tools they can use in life, work and the church.

The group will be limited to 6-12 participants, meeting from 8:3am to 4pm each day. The cost for the two day workshop for R1500 ($129).

These training events will be useful for both business and church leaders, so the impact of the training will be increased. It is our desire to be useful in growing the Kingdom of God.

An Timely Opportunity in Johannesburg

The seminar is “Coaching Tools for Church and Business Leaders.”  It will be Monday & Tuesday, 23 & 24 February at  Bryanston Methodist Church in Johannesburg. I am anticipating 6-12 participants, meeting from  8:3am to 4pm each day. I plan to offer the two day workshop for R1500 ($129).

This will be my 5th trip to Johannesburg to lead various training events. I have fallen in love with South Africa and her people.  My passion is equipping and empowering Christian leaders in Africa for transformational ministry!


Because my travel plans opened up to be in Jo’berg for two days before I go to Swaziland for an gathering of international leadership coaches, I am offering this "spontaneous" seminar.
